PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payments WILL NOT be accepted at the Tillsonburg Community Centre
- PAYMENT MUST BE IN FULL PRIOR TO ANY PLAYER PARTICIPATING IN THE MINOR HOCKEY PROGRAM.

ONLINE PAYMENT
You may choose to pay this years’ TMHI Registration Fees, immediately, online with your Visa or MasterCard, by choosing the Online Credit Card Payment Option. This is a fully secured service operated by Nova Solutions, a division of the Bank of Montreal and the Royal Bank.

CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER JUNE 1- 30, 2008
If paying by cheque/cash you must bring in your payment to the minor hockey room on one of the following dates:
Thursday June 12 6:00-7:30pm
Saturday, June 21 10:00am-12:00pm
Monday, June 30 6:00-8:00pm
- You may pay your registration fee in full
- ONLY Families who register in June may use the installment plan.
- If you choose the installment plan please break up your registration fee(s) into 3 equal payments
- Make the cheques dated as follows: June 30, July 31 and August 31, 2008
- There will be a $30 fee charged for ALL NSF cheques
- PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN PERSON.
You can bring your cheques in to the Minor Hockey Room

To qualify for the registration discount your cheque payment(s) must be made at one of the above dates. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT MUST BE IN FULL AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF REGISTRATION.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will only be given with written requests
- Please submit your request to TMHI, Attention the Registrar
- Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from times of notification
- Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank
- There will be a $30 fee charged for NSF cheques
- Administration and Fundraising fees will not be refunded
- The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Until Nov 30th – 60%, Dec 31st – 40%, Jan 15th – 30% after Jan 15th – 0%
