ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
Participation is open to all persons upon payment of the prescribed registration fees and in compliance with registration requirements including provision of proof of age as hereafter provided.
The TMHI Executive reserves the right to prescribe requirements from time to time and to refuse registration for disciplinary or other reasons considered necessary by the Executive.
Priority for registration will be to the residents of the Town of Tillsonburg and residents of neighbouring towns deemed by the OMHA to be eligible to play for Tillsonburg as their centre.
All applicants must be registered on a designated registration form as decided by the TMHI Executive. At registration, for players under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the registration form. Also, after the teams have been picked, a parent or legal guardian must sign the OMHA player’s card or roster sheet, as required.
All first time applicants must provide proof of age (photocopy of their birth certificate).
Players accepted on a Rep team for the first time with TMHI must submit their birth certificates for approval of OMHA. Special arrangements will be made for players born outside of Canada, i.e., Photo of original birth certificate with an affidavit.
Online registration will remain open until December 1, or until the division is at a maximum number of players. Further applications will be accepted at the discretion of the Executive. Residents new to Tillsonburg may be required to fill out a residency questionnaire as required by OMHA.
Ages per division will be those set out by OMHA.
A registration form must be filed with the TMHI registrar, with the appropriate fee, before any player can participate in an on ice activity sponsored by TMHI. The Executive is empowered to prohibit any player from practicing or playing until fees are paid in full.

NSF CHEQUES
Non-Sufficient Funds on cheques will be charged $30.00 per cheque to cover bank fees. Replacement cheques will not be accepted. Cash or Money Order will be the alternate payment.

PLAYER MOVEMENT
All players shall play in their respective age groups to ensure that TMHI Minor Hockey is competitive at all levels. The only exception is 7 year olds who may tryout and be selected for the Novice Rep team.
